Key Account Manager - ANZ Market

Taboola is looking for a dedicated, Key Account Manager to develop and grow our strategic clients’ businesses, strengthen client relationships, and serve as a source of valuable insight to their clients. The ANZ market is a key market to secure Taboola's growth and hence of central focus to the business. As such this role is geared towards experienced Account Managers who have a passion for great client service, and project management.
Responsibilities and skills:

  • Manage and grow relationships with premium publisher clients and strategic partners
  • Project manage complex strategic partnerships that involve the development of new features and products
  • Advise enterprise clients in choosing and delivering a suitable solution for their needs
  • Internal and external education of Taboola’s products through articulate communication
  • Understand the organisation’s business needs and develop relationships at all levels
  • Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results
  • Be an expert in Taboola’s platform and the benefits publishers gain by using it
  • Fully comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements in order to intelligently identify new opportunities and upsell the platform
  • Work closely with the Publisher Sales teams as well as the remote R&D department in order to become a valuable resource and single point of contact to the client
  • Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development features
  • Strategically support the Publisher Sales team in pre-sale proposal development


  • At least 5 years of Experience as an Account Manager / Project Management position in digital
  • Proven results in a customer-facing role - specific examples will be expected
  • Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimisation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset where client focused proactivity and hunger for success will be encouraged and rewarded
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills
  • A true passion for online content and in-depth knowledge of web marketing
  • Fluency in English
  • Willing to travel for business, approx. 2-3 times per quarter
  • Readiness to work unconventional hours occasionally with remote teams located in various time zones
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills including demonstrated experience communicating technical information
