Taboola, the world's largest content recommendation platform, is hiring a Solutions Engineer to provide a high-level of technical service and support to customers implementing Taboola’s products. In this role you will be working with a team of talented individuals who are responsible for delivering best-of-breed solutions to our top customers.
About you:

  • BSc. in tech oriented field or equivalent experience (e.g. Code School/Bootcamp)
  • Demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
  • Ability to comply with tight deadlines, and provide creative technical solutions
  • Experience providing excellent service to customers, preferably in a technical role
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • A positive team player with motivation, ambition, and innovative ideas
  • Must have a strong desire to learn new things and continue learning! 

In this job you will: 

  • Assist in the creation and modification of custom user interfaces and logic for Taboola’s recommendation modules.
  • Collaborate with the business teams throughout the company and work directly with external customers’ product and technical teams to successfully implement and launch Taboola’s products.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting, including DB analysis and reading system logs to identify and solve complex issues.
  • Setup and run A/B tests for customers in order to optimize performance.
  • Management of numerous tasks and resources in parallel, prioritizing customer requirements and requests.
  • Write technical notes and documentation to be utilized by others on the team.

Taboola, the world's largest content recommendation platform, is hiring a Sr. Solutions Manager. The Sr. Solutions Manager will work closely with Taboola’s top publisher client, assist the sales team in pre-sale/post-sales processes, and become a trusted source of technical understanding and know-how. The Sr. Solutions Manager will design the integration solution, implement it while coordinating multiple projects with short, and sometimes competing, deadlines and an array of ever-changing details, and do it all with a great service attitude.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree (computer science preferred) or comparable work experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of total experience, at least 3 in a similar position of field engineering, sales support, pre-sale or technical project management with recent hands-on experience
  • Experience in management of on-site integration projects including internal and external resources including R&D and Product Management  
  • Hands-On experience in Integrations involving Client-Server, Server-Server environments.
  • Experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS/Mobile SDK/SQL
  • Experience in the media/internet/advertising technology industry
  • Proven and significant experience facing customers around the globe.
  • Readiness to work unconventional hours occasionally with remote teams located in various time zones
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills including demonstrated experience communicating technical information

In this job you will: 

  • Advise enterprise clients in choosing and delivering a suitable solution for their needs
  • Internal and external education of Taboola’s products through articulate communication
  • Integration and implementation skills with diligent trouble-shooting during these phases, identifying issues before escalation to developer groups
  • Comprehension of data in order to identify optimization opportunities and abnormal trends
  • Define and implement new processes
  • Management of numerous assignments and resources in parallel, prioritizing customer requirements and managing it with Product management & R&D
  • Occasionally work unconventional hours with remote teams, clients,  located in different time zones
  • Participate in customer meetings as needed
