You’ll join a team of Finance professionals and partner with Account Management to implement Taboola’s finance policies with clients, and work toward resolutions of current situations. Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on past-due balances, delinquencies, and demand letters for our customers
  • Escalate large uncollectibles to our in-house counsel and outside legal collection services
  • Track all e-mails, phone calls and correspondences from client to create a collection file for our records and potential legal action 
  • Work with account managers to determine if accounts should be frozen, credit extended or billing terms altered
  • Create listing of doubtful debt customers and consider write-off possibilities with finance team
  • Respond to invoice requests, client billing issues and other client receivable inquiries
  • Manage and provide the status of all pending collection cases with finance, our internal legal team as well as our outside collection agency 
  • Monitor payment plans for applicable clients
  • Take ownership over the Credit Limit Application process submitted by account managers
  • Manage expectations, responsiveness, and timeframes of the full credit applications with the account managers
  • Ensure the client submits a completed and signed Bank Authorization form as well as two acceptable vendor/trade references
  • Liaison with Axum, our credit specialist on their evaluation, findings and the results of the application
  • Document the credit analysis, write up, and recommendations by the credit team
  • Consult with finance to finalize the approved dollar limit to convey to the Account managers
  • Manage the expiration of credit limits, updated terms, and additional extensions/renewals
  • Monitor the compliance of required financial statements or other deliverables based on the agreed upon timeline during the process
  • Continue to assess Clients' eligibility for additional credit, and provide a client contact name, email and phone number for this request.
  • Evaluate the need for the investment of credit insurance for additional protection on select customers 

Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 Years’ experience in finance, preferably in credit & collections
  • Bachelor’s degree (concentration in business or accounting) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong writing skills, overall good communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Experience in Netsuite a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the infrastructure to generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations with data—custom-built systems, 3rd party systems, and datasets
  • Create, support and maintain data models, reports and dashboards as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements

Lastly, he/she consults with leadership and employees to resolve commission payment questions and escalated issues. Position’s Key Responsibility: Own all aspects of the sales compensation plans for a 300+ member Worldwide team members utilizing Xactly Incent.  Ensure the correct plans are being applied consistent with the plan policies.  Four broad areas of responsibility:
Daily / ongoing maintenance of all employee records in Xactly Incent

  • Provide daily and ongoing maintenance to all employee records within Xactly Incent. This includes quotas, commission components and weightings, as well as partnering with Human Resources to ensure that Xactly Incent is accurate (position records, hierarchy management)
  • Interact with all levels of the Sales organization, including the SVP of Global Revenue, SVP of Global Sales Operations and the Regional Vice Presidents, to offer advice and solutions for complex compensation structure

Quarterly Sales Compensation Process

  • Manage the quarterly Sales Compensation process for the Worldwide Sales org, including collaborating with senior leaders in the Sales organization, as well as Finance and Human Resources, to ensure accurate Compensation reporting to Regional Controllers 

Annual Compensation Plan Creation

  • Support the annual compensation plan updates including sales hierarchy, quota, rates, new hires, terminations, new plan implementation & testing data flow and data integrity
  • Assist with the annual preparation of Compensation Plan Documents.
  • Partner with sales management and communicate with the Worldwide Sales organization regarding any adjustments or changes to the Sales Compensation Plans.

Ad hoc Sales Compensation Projects:

  • Develop new and creative solutions for the compensation for Sales and Account Manager positions which do not fit squarely in prescribed/approved Commissions Plans.
  • Research and apply decision-making judgment to resolve moderately complex commission questions and issues.
  • Analyze the current compensation process, seek process improvements and efficiencies to drive organizational results
  • Possess an aptitude to explore the full functionality of Xactly Incent to address reporting needs of the Worldwide Sales organization

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a sales compensation role, working with large data sets and/or complex Excel models
  • Experience with major Incentive Compensation Management systems (Xactly Incent is preferred), including building of complex compensation plans
  • BA/BS required
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and prioritization, resulting in timely delivery of precise, quarterly compensation payment information to Regional Controllers
