Here at Taboola we have an opportunity in our Accounting team for an experienced bookkeeper to assist in the day to day maintaining and processing of the company records .  The role would be based in our London office which acts as the European hub of Taboola.
Taboola is widely recognised as the world’s leading content discovery and distribution platform with more than 220 billion recommendations served every day and over 5 million pieces if content in our marketplace. Taboola’s service is used by publishers to recirculate their own traffic by generating personalized on-site content recommendations. Taboola also enables agencies, brands & publishers to acquire high quality traffic and unique-users by recommending their content as third party content, which populates Taboola’s widgets throughout our network of Tier 1 publishers. Those publishers include Business Insider, The Daily Mail, The Independent, Elle, Cosmopolitan and many more
 Duties will include:

  • Day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure municipal finances are well-maintained in an effective and up-to-date fashion
  • Dealing with Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables, Reconciliation & Reporting
  • Review, approval and posting of expense claims
  • Setting up of payments
  • Processing customer refunds
  • Bank reconciliation

Required knowledge:

  • Previous accounting experience minimum 2 years
  • Experience of accounting software (NetSuite preferred although training will be given)
  • Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and maintenance of general ledgers
  • Excellent Excel, Word and email skills required
  • High levels of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial information

The role:

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Campaign launches – handling all technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign successfully – implementation of conversion tracking codes, targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc.
  • Campaign Management – Working with clients to help them hit their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling
  • Creative Management  – getting the RSS feeds, tracking codes, images and headlines from the client and upselling to get more content and a/b testing
  • Proactive Consultation - ensuring that clients are following the best practices and maximising every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform.

  • Reporting – analysing and creating custom reports for clients where necessary

Requirements:

  • Experience managing performance/direct response campaigns
  • Fluent French is a must

  • Experience in optimising towards higher conversion rates, and lower CPA's

Taboola is hiring experienced media sellers to sell our high-impact, exclusive video supply to agencies and brands. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital media/ad tech, with experience selling video both via managed services and programmatically. The candidate is enthusiastic and proactive in driving video revenue and growing client base. With excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate works well and collaborates with team members.
Duties and responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with agencies and clients by gaining insight into their business, and providing solutions to their video marketing goals 
  • Drive new video advertising revenue through long term contracts
  • Generate high volume of sales calls, meetings, presentations and proposals to potential agencies, ATD's and advertisers 
  • Identify new business opportunities within territory across agency roster list 
  • Ability to travel to generate new business 
  • Provide feedback to the company on product offering and how to best service our advertiser's needs

Experience

  • Digital sales experience, including at least 2 years selling digital video (preferably programmatic) 
  • Proven track record of success in the market 
  • Strong ad agency contacts across investment and agency trading desk teams
  • Highly motivated team player with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment 
  • Proficient in MS Office, SalesForce (CRM software)
