Responsibilities

  • Build, motivate & lead the DACH sales and management organisation
  • Be a focal point of communication for the Taboola DACH publisher business, prioritising business opportunities and product initiatives  
  • Help close new business with premium DACH Advertisers & Publishers
  • Manage team pipelines and forecasts for all of the DACH Business group
  • Build strategic partnerships with customers from Directors up to C-Level
  • Work closely with Head of Region & senior management to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Interact with account directors, account managers and our solutions team to effectively deliver on client KPI's
  • Oversee all operations across the DACH team including taking responsibility for sales, trade shows, roadshows, and quality targets set by the company

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent German and English speaker
  • Extensive, senior-level experience in key sales positions, with strong leadership skills
  • Proven ability to penetrate new markets and learn new technologies
  • Results driven and an ability to lead by example when required
  • Have an excellent understanding of digital advertising technology, video, and publisher revenue ecosystems
  • Must be well connected within the DACH digital media market, either advertiser or publisher and display impeccable local market understanding
  • Experienced in independently building, pursuing and closing a large pipeline of leads
  • Excellent networking skills with a proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Experience in coaching and career planning across commercial teams
  • A solid understanding of budgeting and business planning is essential

You'll be joining a growing team of five account managers with a very international feel (none of us are 100% German but we're all native speakers). The DACH team is known for its strong execution of global tasks, has great relationships with our clients and has become one of the favourites of our product team to be asked to join beta tests. We have a pretty analytical approach to account management and aim to be at the forefront of best practice creation for the global account management organisation.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Book of Business Management - service approx 5 top clients as key accounts for the DACH team. Focusing on: spotting abilities to scale, product rollout potential and further client needs
  • Account insights and strategy – analysing and creating custom reports and actionable insight for clients where necessary/ needed, to support your arguments for account growth
  • Client education & proactive consultation – Ensuring that clients are following the best practices and maximising every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform. Working with clients to help them understand and optimise their campaigns, hit campaign goals and scale their account
  • Campaign management – handling of first level technical requests -  implementation of conversion tracking codes, targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc. - and escalation of second level technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign successfully
  • Upsell and Cross-sell - Focus on rollout of new product features and and additional campaigns as well as international account expansion
  • Client meetings and QBRs - Conducting face to face quarterly business review meetings with key clients whereby participants can range from day to day contact to C-level within the client organisation

Required Skills:

  • Experience in results-driven customer-facing role - specific examples will be expected
  • Familiar with management of a portfolio of clients - prioritisation, and farming of portfolio growth according potential
  • Hungry to upsell, and aware of the opportunities involved for clients looking for infinite scale (client focused proactivity and hunger for success will be encouraged and rewarded)
  • Strong analytical skills, monitoring and identification of trends in data and generation of actionable insight and reports for the client
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills
  • Knowledge of KPI based campaign/ client management and optimisation of campaigns towards hitting ROI target (preferred)
  • Excellent technological skills or ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimisation from a technical point of view
  • A true passion for online content and in-depth knowledge of web marketing
  • Willing to travel for business, approx. 2-3 times per quarter

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a deep understanding of the SMB business, clients, market trends and competition.

  • Test online marketing programs and scale them globally. Be responsible for measurement and reporting of all programs you own.

The role:

The Sales coordinator will create a robust pool of potential customers by visiting websites, analyzing and assessing potential clients based on predetermined criteria, create rich customer profiles based on key measurements, and initiate first contact to obtain all relevant information. You will also assist during the pre-sale, sale, and post-sale processes, helping Taboola achieve its ambitious sales targets. We are looking for a smart, hard worker and ambitious individual with a passion for online media. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as web based software such as salesforce.com is a big plus. Experience in sales support is a plus but not a must.
Responsibilities:

  • Create a robust pool of potential EU customers by visiting web sites, analyze and assess potential clients based on predetermined criteria
  • Create rich customers profiles based on key measurements, and initiate first contact to obtain all relevant information
  • Assist our sales and marketing team during the pre-sale, sale, and post-sale processes with sales collateral and marketing material

We are hiring a freelance editor to focus on content intended for our German market. In this assignment, you will be responsible for reviewing news, and articles, and selecting  items to include in the news feed offered to end users.
You must be well-versed in the German realm of news, entertainment, politics, and popular culture, preferably an experienced journalist or editor from a digital media organization that focuses on a largely German audience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies
  • Experience in creating talent and market maps to drive sourcing strategies
  • Experience with an ATS, recruiting tools, and boolean searches - Greenhouse a plus
