Taboola is looking for a dedicated, relationship-driven Account Director, Publisher Partnerships with a passion for digital media to strengthen client relationships and serve as a valuable resource/point of contact. The Account Directorr will work with premium publishers to manage the overall relationship with Taboola. Help to implement and launch Taboola content recommendation product, track post-launch performance, and provide strategic direction for new opportunities to grow revenue and more.
Responsibilities and skills:

  • Manage and grow relationships with premium publisher clients and strategic partners
  • Act as local team lead for Publisher Account Managers in Brazil
  • Understanding the organization’s business needs and developing relationships at all levels
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and proactively take steps to improve results
  • Understand Taboola’s platform and the benefits publishers gain by using it
  • Comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements in order to be able to intelligently up-sell the platform
  • Work closely with the Strategic Publisher Sales and BD as well as the remote R&D department in order to become a valuable resource and single point of contact to the client
  • Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development features

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in the digital media /online publisher space
  • A solid understanding of web technologies and the digital media revenue ecosystem, including web advertising measurements and analytics
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
  • Very strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
  • Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative in order to pull all necessary resources for the client
  • High attention to detail, organized with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual, Portuguese and English - must be able to read, write, speak English for business and training purposes

Team Lead, Publisher Sales, LatAM

Taboola is looking for a Publisher Sales Team Lead, LATAM with a passion for digital media to drive revenue growth. You will be a player/coach responsible for growing revenue and managing a team of Sales Associates and Executives doing outbound prospecting and the entire sales process to onboard a large volume of ComScore 500 to 2000 level publishers in order to help monetize their sites.
Responsibilities and skills:

  • Manage a team of Sales professionals, in Sao Paolo, New York City, potentially more, focused on our LatAM publisher business in the Portuguese and Spanish speaking markets
  • Responsible for building and growing outbound relationships with premium publisher clients and strategic business partners
  • Work alongside the Sales Manager and Director to meet with prospects and close their business for long-term deals
  • Be able to think creatively about the sales process and use entrepreneurship to help define best practices and achieve quota
  • Work alongside account managers to ensure the proper launch and retention of major partnerships
  • Build detailed proposals for clients using projection models in Microsoft Excel
  • Write outstanding emails to prospects that capture their attention, articulate our unique positioning, and set-up meetings
  • Create engaging presentations for in-person and video conference meetings to pitch prospects
  • Quickly calculate “media math” on calls and in meetings in order to project confidence and give prospects relevant and accurate revenue estimates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a player/coach kind of a role
  • Track record of success selling complex products in Advertising, SaaS, Technology, or related field
  • Ability to quickly absorb product information and relay value propositions to prospects and clients
  • Trilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish 
  • Also, must be open to potential relocation to Mexico City

Video Sales Executive

Taboola is hiring experienced media sellers to sell our high-impact, exclusive video supply to agencies and brands. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital media/ad tech, with experience selling video both via managed services and programmatically.  The candidate is enthusiastic and proactive in driving video revenue and growing client base.  With excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate works well and collaborates with team members.   
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with agencies and clients by gaining insight into their business, and providing solutions to their video marketing goals
  • Drive new video advertising revenue through long term contracts
  • Generate high volume of sales calls, meetings, presentations and proposals to potential agencies, ATD's and advertisers
  • Identify new business opportunities within territory across agency roster list
  • Ability to travel to generate new business
  • Provide feedback to the company on product offering and how to best service our advertiser's needs

Requirements:

  • More than 6 years of digital sales experience, including at least 2 years selling digital video (preferably programmatic)
  • Proven track record of success in the market
  • Strong ad agency contacts across investment and agency trading desk teams
  • Programmatic sales experience 
  • Highly motivated team player with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, SalesForce (CRM software)
