Taboola is hiring an experienced Media Sales Manager who will be responsible for growing business from brands and media agencies by providing Taboola's marketing solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate
  • Understand clients’ organization and offer multiple Taboola products to a given client by finding the right stakeholders for each product
  • Gain excellent understanding of digital technology, programmatic, video, and revenue ecosystem to be able to explain product benefits within this context
  • Work closely with Head of Sales to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Work closely with our Account Managers to manage long-term relationships with our clients
  • Convey feedback from clients to Taboola’s product team in regards to product development needs

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years in a key sales position, preferably selling solutions to Brazilian / LATAM clients
  • Significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals
    • Such experience within the digital media space – a great advantage
  • Experience independently build, pursue and close a large pipeline of leads
  • Technologically Savvy – ability to learn what is needed to support deal’s successful implementation and optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt, and develop
  • Programmatic experience - necessary

This role will drive awareness and build customer relationships across the Brazilian media market through online and offline channels. This role will take responsibility for Taboola being in the right place and the right time, localizing the company’s messages and helping turn interest into actual business. 
Responsibilities and skills:

  • Create and manage the marketing strategies and resulting initiatives in the Brazil market
  • Collaborate with and advise sales teams to build and execute holistic GTM and CRM plans 
  • Maintain a pulse on industry events to determine where Taboola should be in the market to create awareness and drive demand for disparate business units and product lines
  • Execute both online and offline programs such as industry conferences, large and small scale hosted events, workshops, webinars and more
  • Develop a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences
  • Localize corporate messages and sales enablement tools for the Brazilian market
  • Position includes domestic and international travel, @30%

Requirements:

  • English language fluency a must
  • 4+ years experience in a B2B marketing position, preferably in the digital media/adtech space
  • Ability to work well both independently with a high degree of autonomy and as part of a team in a global, diverse group
  • Extremely detail oriented, collaborative and deadline driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Experience with salesforce.com, Google suite, Adobe, Splash

Key Responsibilities

  • Focusing on top-tier publishers, working on a strategic pipeline of leads, pursue them, and close deals.
  • Sell multiple Taboola products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product, without digressing from a coherent product message and overall strategy.
  • Manage a robust pipeline, accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked.
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Navigate through the company structure in order to be able to keep the sales process flowing smoothly.

Requirements

  • Creative sales person with a history of building your own book of business and finding new opportunities where others can't
  • Minimum 5 years’ total professional experience, 3 years in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Solid sales record of consistently hitting sales quotas
  • A minimum of three years of experience in structuring and negotiating deals with digital publishers or deals where an online component and revenue are central.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports.
  • Technology-savvy and able to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimization
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn
