Media Sales Manager, SMB / Executivo de Contas - Area Comercial no Brasil

The Media Sales Manager, SMB will maintain a healthy pipeline of new business consisting of SMB accounts and will contribute to our continued successful growth on the inside media sales teams by advocating the power of our platform to small/medium sized advertisers across Brazil/LatAM.
Responsibilities

  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads to drive RFPs and IOs
  • Build relationships with brands and agency contacts and explain the power of Taboola’s native, choice based advertising platform.
  • Work with sales planning team to build and present proposals to your pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked.
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign delivery and help set the expectation for future potential growth

 
Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience selling digital media with a focus on brands and agencies
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients and return client/market-driven insights as needed and ensuring Taboola is providing a best-in-class level of service for its partners
  • Demonstrated experience consistently meeting or exceeding target goals, hunting for deals, navigating organizational hierarchies and engaging with upper-management to close business
  • Experience in a lead generating / sales planning / sales position, preferably at a digital media company a huge plus
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
  • Understanding of performance and branding campaigns

  • Gerar novos negócios e gerenciamento de oportunidades existentes

  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração na area Comercial  para conseguir consistentemente e exceder metas internas.
  • Interagir com nossa equipe de implementação de projetos para gerenciar as expectativas dos clientes 
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com nossos Gerentes de Contas para gerenciar relacionamentos de longo prazo com nossos anunciantes

Exigências obrigatórias:

  • 5+ anos de experiência na area comercial de vendas aos anunciantes no Brasil (adicional se tiver experiência LATAM)
  • Experiência significativa na estruturação e negociação ofertas dentro do espaço de mídia digital 
  • Espírito de liderança e de trabalho em equipe
  • Experiência de forma independente construir, perseguir e fechar um grande pipeline de leads
  • Capacidade de aprender o que é necessário para apoiar a implementação bem sucedida do negócio e otimização

The Junior Sales Executive, SMB will maintain a healthy pipeline of new business consisting of SMB accounts and will contribute to our continued successful growth on the inside media sales teams by advocating the power of our platform to small/medium sized advertisers across Brazil/LatAM. This person will will have every opportunity to grow in sales and improvement in his or her own capabilities as a quota-carrying, individual contributor in digital advertising. This role will consist of an individual quota, achievable by consistently identifying, closing and upselling partnership opportunities with our SMB advertisers.
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Drive revenue growth by consistently developing, closing and scaling a pipeline of successful SMB advertiser opportunities; across brand, agency, and publisher accounts
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, social media, in-person meetings and professional networking events
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients and return client/market-driven insights as needed and ensuring Taboola is providing a best-in-class level of service for its partners
  • Learn, evangelize, position, and sell successful advertising strategies and innovative solutions, both creative and technical, across a range of industries and types of businesses
  • Demonstrate a mastery of the ability to balance time invested toward low- and high-spend potential accounts along with assessing where they fit within your sales pipeline
  • Work with upper management to establish quantitative and qualitative goals for Taboola’s SMB team members

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from either a college or university
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or sales development (digital advertising industry experience preferred, but not required)
  • Passionate about advertising, media, and technology
  • Strong business acumen, technical skills, and an ability to present and communicate ideas/concepts effectively
  • Ability to exercise consistent emotional intelligence, professionalism, and persistence
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Ability to navigate and communicate with both internal (Taboola) and external (client) teams
  • Prior experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system) and related productivity tools
  • MUST be Bilingual in English and Portuguese

Taboola is hiring an experienced Media Sales Manager who will be responsible for growing business from brands and media agencies by providing Taboola's marketing solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate
  • Understand clients’ organization and offer multiple Taboola products to a given client by finding the right stakeholders for each product
  • Gain excellent understanding of digital technology, video, and revenue ecosystem to be able to explain product benefits within this context
  • Work closely with Head of Sales to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Coach and mentor sales team
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Interact with our project implementation team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of our widgets and technology
  • Work closely with our Account Managers to manage long-term relationships with our clients
  • Convey feedback from clients to Taboola’s product team in regards to product development needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a key sales position, preferably selling solutions to Brazilian / LATAM clients
  • Significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals – a must. Such experience within the digital media space – a great advantage
  • Experience mentoring sales people and paving the way for them to excellent performance
  • Experience independently build, pursue and close a large pipeline of leads
  • Technologically Savvy – ability to learn what is needed to support deal’s successful implementation and optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt, and develop
