The Account Director will be responsible directly  for managing a team of Account managers across the ANZ region together with managing a book of business and identifying up-sell/optimization opportunities at scale. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, analytical and have outstanding relationship management skills.
Responsibilities and skills:

  • Manage and grow relationships with media clients and agencies through a high performing account management team.
  • Understand the organisation’s business needs and develop relationships at all levels – working closely with the Country Managers and Regional Heads.
  • Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results across the region, through the wider account management team
  • Communicate regularly with AM groups across the global offices, staying up to date with best practices, adopting and adjusting them to the APAC market in collaboration with Regional Director
  • Oversee Campaign launches across the team
  • Campaign Management – Working with the AM team to help them hit their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling – mentoring and coaching them in order to help them grow their accounts and grow professionally

  • Mentor and lead a multi-lingual team across the region
  • Be an expert in all things Taboola, sharing your knowledge with the AM team to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge building.

Requirements:

  • Prior Senior Account Management role in Adtech.

In this role, you will head sales in APAC, develop new relationships, help grow existing customer relationships by working closely with our OEM Account Manager and are expected to drive sales and business development while working on both strategic and tactical levels to implement the Taboola News strategy.
You should be as comfortable selling, pitching and negotiating deals with OEMs and telco partners in the APAC region and as well as working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product and the implementation team to drive strategic organic growth initiatives for the business.
You will have direct ownership over managing existing partnerships and development of new partnerships, which will be vital to our growth strategy. Our leadership team is highly invested in making you successful in this crucial role.

  • Manage and grow relationships with premium publisher clients and strategic partners

 Requirements:

  • Experience as an Account Manager /customer success position
  • Fluent in Japanese(Business level in Reading/Writing/Speaking)
  • Significant experience of using Excel to generate reports and manipulate data
  • Significant experience of creating presentation decks with PowerPoint
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
  • Patience and a structured approach to your work, appreciating that the sales cycle can take much longer in the Publisher space compared to others.
  • Very strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports

In this job you will: 

  • Implement onboarding programs as designed by the Director of Sales Enablement; adapt as needed for local markets and diverse audiences. Coordinate logistics, schedules, and content to ensure adoption and completion of assigned programs.
  • Coordinate regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) program to create and produce top notch, engaging training materials including written documentation, presentations, and recorded sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local sales leaders in order to identify knowledge gaps and quantitatively measure effectiveness of training programs; Partner with other stakeholders to deliver a Sales Onboarding Program and a Continuous Education Program.

The Senior Global Mobility Specialist will play a critical role in building and delivering an improved employee experience for our new hires and internal transfers that relocate into Thailand. Over time, we expect the candidate to advise leadership on global mobility & immigration policies and practices.
Responsibilities

  • Advise and support immigration works to employees and stakeholders
  • Act as subject matter expert for global mobility & immigration while advising employees and leadership teams
  • Serve as partner and point of contact for outside counsel, government agencies, third-party vendor, company management, internal stakeholders, and related parties by providing immigration, relocation, and mobility support
  • Manage and coordinate immigration process for expatriate employees; new hires, relocation, business travel, assignment into Thailand and to create a seamless onboarding experience for all new expatriate employees and to acclimate them into our Bangkok office.
  • Support all new joiners to obtain business visas for induction overseas and all employees to obtain travel VISA for yearly Sales Kickoff Offsite which takes place  in a different location every year.
  • Lead the process improvements for VISA and relocation 
  • Manage escalations, ensure appropriate stakeholders are aware and that matters are resolved in timely manner
  • Take ownership of tasks and present opportunities and proposed solutions on how to improve the processes
  • Ensure that both new employees and Talent Acquisition team receive clear, sufficient and accurate information regarding visa timelines and processes

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience managing similar VISA process especially for expatriates in BOI registered company is desired 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting company guidelines to make decisions on appropriate solutions

As the Sourcing Specialist you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncovering the best talent to join Taboola, creating healthy pipelines of qualified, and engaged, candidates.
The day to day:

  • Partner with the recruiting team and as well as hiring managers about sourcing techniques and effective strategies, devising effective strategies to uncover top talent in our various markets
  • Create “talent maps” for our various locations, and
  • Identify events for Taboola to increase our employer brand awareness, creating opportunities for hiring managers to network with potential candidates
  • Create and manage knowledge databases for strategic sourcing, optimizing our ATS to be a good “go-to” resource
  • Provide reports for Top of Funnel activities based on analyzing data and trends
  • Be the subject matter expert for external sourcing and recruiting tools to drive increased understanding and adoption
  • Explore, identify, and test new tools that would help Recruiters meet and exceed defined goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies
  • Experience in creating talent and market maps to drive sourcing strategies
  • Experience with an ATS, recruiting tools, and boolean searches - Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter will be a plus
  • Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment
  • Being fluent in Mandarin or Japanese is a great advantage but not a prerequisite
