The Account Director will be responsible directly  for managing a team of Account managers across the ANZ region together with managing a book of business and identifying up-sell/optimization opportunities at scale. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, analytical and have outstanding relationship management skills.
Responsibilities and skills:

  • Manage and grow relationships with media clients and agencies through a high performing account management team.
  • Understand the organisation’s business needs and develop relationships at all levels – working closely with the Country Managers and Regional Heads.
  • Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results across the region, through the wider account management team
  • Communicate regularly with AM groups across the global offices, staying up to date with best practices, adopting and adjusting them to the APAC market in collaboration with Regional Director
  • Oversee Campaign launches across the team
  • Campaign Management – Working with the AM team to help them hit their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling – mentoring and coaching them in order to help them grow their accounts and grow professionally

Requirements:

  • Prior Senior Account Management role in Adtech.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
  • Experience managing performance/direct response campaigns
  • Significant experience of creating presentation decks with PowerPoint
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills

The Role

Responsibilities
Onboarding and New Hire Facilitation for APAC Team

  • Create and compile new hire welcome packs and paperwork
  • Ensure new hire desk & IT set up are completed prior to start date
  • Gather and consolidate all necessary information from new hires; ensure all forms are completed correctly

Benefits and Payroll Administration

  • Enter all new hires and data changes in our HRIS system (currently Bamboo HR) and educate all employees on their responsibilities for maintaining their personal data
  • Work with Finance to ensure the accuracy of payroll administration
  • Act as a liaison with payroll and benefits providers for all employee administration and enrolment queries

General Administration

  • Responsible for input, maintenance and accuracy of all employee data in our HRIS system.
  • Coordinate employee trainings and welfare initiatives, update HR calendar
  • Administer engagement survey across APAC including tracking and analyzing results and actions
  • Work alongside HR Director to ensure accuracy of salary review data, produce annual compensation statements and new hire incentive plan letters.

Advisory

  • Assist with the creation and administration of pragmatic HR processes and procedures to enable the fair, consistent and prompt resolution of employee queries
  • Assist in communicating processes and procedures to our teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Some experience in HR administration and a strong desire for a career in HR
  • Fluency in speaking and writing in english is a necessity due to multicultural environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel (pivot tables etc.) and Powerpoint; numerate and able to complete data analysis.

In this role, you will head sales in APAC, develop new relationships, help grow existing customer relationships by working closely with our OEM Account Manager and are expected to drive sales and business development while working on both strategic and tactical levels to implement the Taboola News strategy.
You should be as comfortable selling, pitching and negotiating deals with OEMs and telco partners in the APAC region and as well as working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product and the implementation team to drive strategic organic growth initiatives for the business.
You will have direct ownership over managing existing partnerships and development of new partnerships, which will be vital to our growth strategy. Our leadership team is highly invested in making you successful in this crucial role.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Meet revenue targets. Develop accurate forecasts for all markets. Stay in tune with business and market trends.

Taboola’s Client Solutions & Delivery team is looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to develop UI-focused features and build custom front-end logic. In this role you will be working with a team of talented individuals who are responsible for delivering best-of-breed solutions to our top customers.
Responsibilities

  • Develop highly customized user interfaces for web-based applications (using HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
  • Collaborate with the business teams throughout the company to iterate on the design and implementation of our product.
  • Design and execute automation scripts for large-scale bulk processes.
  • Consult with R&D and Product team on technical, complex integrations.

Requirements

  • BSc. in tech oriented field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years professional work experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
  • Analytical abilities, high level of multitasking and prioritizing
  • A positive team player with motivation, ambition, and innovative ideas
  • Autodidactic, capable of learning complicated ideas independently
  • Ability to understand and follow project and development plans, goals and timelines

The Client Solutions & Delivery team is looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide a high-level of technical service and support to customers implementing Taboola’s products. In this role you will be working with a team of talented individuals who are responsible for delivering best-of-breed solutions to our top customers.
Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and modification of custom user interfaces and logic for Taboola’s recommendation modules.
  • Collaborate with the business teams throughout the company and work directly with external customers’ product and technical teams to successfully implement and launch Taboola’s products.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting, including DB analysis and reading system logs to identify and solve complex issues.
  • Setup and run A/B tests for customers in order to optimize performance.
  • Management of numerous tasks and resources in parallel, prioritizing customer requirements and requests.
  • Write technical notes and documentation to be utilized by others on the team.

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • BSc. in tech oriented field or equivalent experience (e.g. Code School/Bootcamp)
  • Demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
  • Ability to comply with tight deadlines, and provide creative technical solutions
  • Experience providing excellent service to customers, preferably in a technical role
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • A positive team player with motivation, ambition, and innovative ideas
  • Must have a strong desire to learn new things and continue learning!
