Taboola is looking for a Senior Program Manager to work with one of our largest enterprise partners.  The Senior Program Manager will assist the Business Development and Account Management teams in pre/post-sale processes and collaborate with the partner as the primary point of contact for Taboola Engineering and Professional Services organizations.  The Senior Program Manager will be asked to coordinate multiple projects with tight deadlines and an array of evolving priorities.  
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal Business Development and Account Management teams, as well as, the client to identify new products and features to be developed
  • Work with Product Managers to define product development priorities and long term roadmap
  • Taboola product technical expert and information resource for Taboola Business Development and Account Management teams
  • Parallel management of numerous implementations and project resources
  • Troubleshooting implementation issues before escalation to developer groups

 
Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software integrations, project management, product development and R&D development processes
  • Experience partnering with large enterprise software organizations - e.g.- Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience communicating technical requirements
  • Experience with remote global teams

  • Ensure the client submits a completed and signed Bank Authorization form as well as two acceptable vendor/trade references
  • Liaison with Axum, our credit specialist on their evaluation, findings and the results of the application
  • Document the credit analysis, write up, and recommendations by the credit team
  • Consult with finance to finalize the approved dollar limit to convey to the Account managers
  • Manage the expiration of credit limits, updated terms, and additional extensions/renewals
  • Monitor the compliance of required financial statements or other deliverables based on the agreed upon timeline during the process
  • Continue to assess Clients' eligibility for additional credit, and provide a client contact name, email and phone number for this request.
  • Evaluate the need for the investment of credit insurance for additional protection on select customers 

Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 Years’ experience in finance, preferably in credit & collections
  • Bachelor’s degree (concentration in business or accounting) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong writing skills, overall good communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus

  • Drive growth by selling marketing services to small-to-medium sized employers (SMB)
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
  • Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota
  • Analyze and present monthly analytics reports to advertisers
  • Develop account relationships and close sales quickly

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
  • The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system

The Media Sales team at Taboola is responsible for evangelizing content marketing and native advertising across Fortune 500 brands and their Media Agencies. This person will be expected to build upon existing relationships and most importantly, break new business by strategically prospecting leads, and attending industry events. Key Responsibilities

  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads to drive RFPs and IOs.
  • Build relationships with brand and agency contacts and explain the power of a native, choice based advertising platform.
  • Work with sales planning team to build and present proposals to our advertising partners and prospects.
  • Must have an understanding of digital technology and revenue ecosystem and be able to explain product benefits within this context.
  • Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked.
  • Work closely with Head of Sales to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Convey field intelligence to product management teams in regard to development features.

Requirements

  • Experienced digital seller with 3-5 years experience.
  • Proven communication, presentation, phone etiquette and general sales skills.
  • Experience in a lead generating / sales planning / sales position, preferably at a digital media company.
  • Understanding of branding and performance campaigns.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating deals within the digital media space.
  • A true passion for online content, native advertising and a strong sales drive.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports.
  • Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimization.
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
