Media Operations Manager - Contract

The mission of the Media Operations team is to improve the day-to-day operations of the  Account Management organization in order to help our advertisers achieve their marketing goals. As a Media Operations Manager you will work cross-functionally to frame and execute on opportunities to improve how systems and processes work. You will coordinate multiple projects with short, and sometimes competing, deadlines and an array of ever-changing details.
This is a dynamic and changing environment so drive and a sense of humor are a must. This person will work cross-functionally with supporting business functions to bring an operational mindset to how we think about supporting our large base of advertisers while effectively scaling the existing organization. This position will be challenged with balancing day-to-day operational support for the media account management team while also identifying innovative ways to solve problems upstream to scale the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex workflows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements
