Responsibilities
Onboarding and New Hire Facilitation for EMEA Team

  • Create and compile new hire welcome packs and paperwork
  • Ensure new hire desk & IT set up are completed prior to start date for the EMEA team
  • Deliver new hire orientations and educate new hires on all payroll and benefits related information
  • Gather and consolidate all necessary information from new hires; ensure all forms are completed correctly

Benefits and Payroll Administration

  • Enter all new hires and data changes in our HRIS system (currently Bamboo HR) and educate all employees on their responsibilities for maintaining their personal data
  • Work with Finance to ensure the accuracy of payroll administration
  • Act as a liaison with payroll and benefits providers for all employee administration and enrolment queries

Recruitment Administration

  • Provide day to day support to EMEA Recruitment Manager
    • respond to speculative applications
    • assist with interview scheduling
    • undertake initial candidate screening working directly with candidates and hiring managers
    • arrange travel for visiting candidates
    • ensure EMEA hiring process is clearly documented and supporting templates are put in place and kept up to date for relevant candidates
    • maintain integrity and info accuracy in Taboola’s Talent Acquisition system (Greenhouse)
    • administer reference checks and escalate queries or concerns
    • assist in creation and follow up of offer documentation
    • monitor and process referral and agency payments

General Administration

  • Responsible for input, maintenance and accuracy of all employee data in our HRIS system
  • Administer engagement survey across EMEA including tracking and analysing results and actions
  • Assume responsibility for the maintenance of EMEA specific analytics (e.g. headcount, turnover, performance reviews, absence etc.)
  • Work alongside HR Director to ensure accuracy of salary review data and produce annual compensation statements
  • Assist HR Director (and wider HR team where required) with reporting, minute taking in meetings and ad hoc projects e.g. GDPR, HRIS data projects)

Advisory

  • Assist with the creation and administration of pragmatic HR processes and procedures to enable the fair, consistent and prompt resolution of employee queries
  • Assist in communicating processes and procedures to our teams
  • Advise on first line policy and ER queries from employees, escalating to the HR Director where necessary
  • Conduct return to work interviews (sickness) and maternity/paternity briefings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
  • Experience in HR administration and a strong desire for a career in HR; a great opportunity for a candidate looking for their second HR role
  • Proficient in Word, Excel (pivot tables etc.) and Powerpoint; numerate and able to complete data analysis.

Taboola is looking for a Publisher Sales Manager to work with digital publishers in The Netherlands, to create a real impact in a user’s discovery experience. As Publisher Sales Manager, your role is to onboard new publishers for the Taboola network. The role involves becoming the face of Taboola in The Netherlands and securing long term deals with the largest publishers in the geo.
Responsibilities and skills:

  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them, and close deals in The Netherlands with both premium and SMB publishers 
  • Sell multiple products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Gain an understanding of digital technology and revenue ecosystem and be able to explain product benefits within this context
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Work closely with the account management team to manage and develop long-term client relationships
  • Proactively seek market feedback on the Taboola platform and work with product team to help develop market-leading functionality

Requirements: 

  • Native Dutch
  • Sales experience in the digital media space OR broader tech space helpful
  • Proven communication, presentation, phone etiquette and general sales skills
  • Confident picking up the phone and cold calling
  • No fear of presenting in front of VP-level execs
  • Technology-savvy and able to quickly learn what is needed to support successful implementation and optimization
  • Naturally curious and a keen desire to take your career to the next level
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help launch a new market
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
