Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute new product launches interfacing with Product Management, Sales, Account Management, Marketing teams as well as the executive team and external resources

  • Support the global Sales and Account Management teams with proposal templates, presentations, data sheets, demos and more.

Requirements

The role:
We are looking for an HR Generalist with a passion for recruitment.  You would join our growing European office in London and be part of the HR team for Europe daily whilst also integral to the global Taboola HR team.
A large part of the role will be around Talent Acquisition to support Taboola’s rapid growth plans. In addition, you will provide day-to-day operational HR support to the line managers and employees and support the HR Director in all manner of HR and recruitment projects. Responsibilities and skills:

Taboola is looking for an SMB Sales Executive to work with digital publishers in the German market, to create a real impact in a user’s discovery experience. As part of Taboola’s SMB Publisher Sales team, you would be expected to seek out and create partnerships to extend Taboola’s distribution footprint in these new markets.
We are looking for an intelligent, tech-savvy and multi-tasking hunter with a can-do attitude, high energy, a love for challenges and passion for online media. 
 
Responsibilities and skills:

  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals in Germany
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Gain an understanding of digital technology and revenue ecosystem and be able to explain product benefits within this context
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Native German essential
  • Proven communication, presentation, phone etiquette and general sales skills
  • Sales experience in the digital media space OR broader tech space helpful
  • Confident picking up the phone and cold calling

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Campaign launches – handling all technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign successfully – implementation of conversion tracking codes, targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc.
  • Campaign Management – Working with clients to help them hit their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling
  • Creative Management  –  getting the RSS feeds, tracking codes, images and headlines from the client and upselling to get more content and a/b testing
  • Proactive Consultation - ensuring that clients are following the best practices and maximising every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform.
  • Billing – communicating with accounts payable on billing issues
  • Reporting – analysing and creating custom reports for clients where necessary

 
Requirements:
 

  • Experience managing performance/direct response campaigns
  • Hungry to upsell, and aware of the opportunities involved for clients looking for infinite scale
  • Experience in optimising towards higher conversion rates, and lower CPA's
