In this position, you’ll be working with our Sales Team, helping them find new media companies to bring into the Taboola family. If you’re driven, excited about the digital space, and ready to roll up your sleeves to pitch in, then we’re really excited to teach you what it takes to succeed!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Assist the sales team in finding leads and prospecting for promising. companies as well as sending out first touch point e-mails
  • Mapping and Organization of Salesforce
  • RFPs: Working closely with sales planners the interns will help create decks and proposals for brands and agencies
  • Research Projects: Market research of the competitive landscape and promising advertising verticals

 Requirements:

  • General interest in media sales / Adtech
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail oriented, and well organized
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!

Media Sales Manager / Executivo de Contas - Area Comercial no Brasil

As Media Sales for Brazil your role will be secure new Brazilian clients by sourcing and structuring partnerships independently. The Sales Lead will be expected to identify, engage and cement similar partnerships in order to expand and diversify offered content.

We help publisher’s monetize their content and drive higher engagement. We enable brands to surface their content to the right audience at scale and above all, we help people discover content they may like yet never knew existed. Our publisher portfolio is a who’s who of the world leading websites including MailOnline, NBC Universal, Weather.com, The Independent, and Evening Standard.
Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate
  • Understand clients’ organization and offer multiple Taboola products to a given client by finding the right stakeholders for each product
  • Gain excellent understanding of digital technology, video, and revenue ecosystem to be able to explain product benefits within this context
  • Work closely with Head of Sales to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Coach and mentor sales team
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Interact with our project implementation team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of our widgets and technology
  • Work closely with our Account Managers to manage long-term relationships with our clients
  • Convey feedback from clients to Taboola’s product team in regards to product development needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a key sales position, preferably selling solutions to Brazilian / LATAM clients
  • Significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals – a must. Such experience within the digital media space – a great advantage
  • Experience mentoring sales people and paving the way for them to excellent performance
  • Experience independently build, pursue and close a large pipeline of leads
  • Technologically Savvy – ability to learn what is needed to support deal’s successful implementation and optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt, and develop

  • Gerar novos negócios e gerenciamento de oportunidades existentes
  • Compreender a organização dos clientes
  • Realizar propostas e implementar estratégias comerciais 
  • Excelente entendimento da tecnologia digital, vídeo e ecossistema de receita para ser capaz de explicar os benefícios do produto neste contexto
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração na area Comercial  para conseguir consistentemente e exceder metas internas.
  • Interagir com nossa equipe de implementação de projetos para gerenciar as expectativas dos clientes 
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com nossos Gerentes de Contas para gerenciar relacionamentos de longo prazo com nossos anunciantes

Exigências obrigatórias:

  • 5+ anos de experiência na area comercial de vendas aos anunciantes no Brasil (adicional se tiver experiência LATAM)
  • Experiência significativa na estruturação e negociação ofertas dentro do espaço de mídia digital 
  • Espírito de liderança e de trabalho em equipe
  • Experiência de forma independente construir, perseguir e fechar um grande pipeline de leads
  • Capacidade de aprender o que é necessário para apoiar a implementação bem sucedida do negócio e otimização
